Consent to the processing of data by SONNENTOR Kräuterhandelsgesellschaft mbH
When registering with SONNENTOR, you are providing the company with your personal data in the form of a real job application. Your data will be stored and processed on the systems of our software partner.
2. Data protection and confidentiality
Data protection is important to us. SONNENTOR and its software partner have put in place the necessary organisational and technical measures to ensure that your application is treated in confidence. All the employees of our HR department, and our software partner, are contractually bound and obligated to treat your data as confidential. Your data is secured through automatically-activated 128bit encryption. We apply the latest state-of-the-art general data protection standards when processing your personal data.
3. Use of your personal data
During the application process, along with your title, forenames and surname, the usual correspondence data such as postal address, email address and telephone number will be stored in our database of candidates. Supporting documents such as the covering letter, CV, education and employment history and employer references will also be stored.
This data will only be stored, used, processed or elaborated internally, in connection with your application. It will only be accessible to employees of our HR department, and for the SONNENTOR personnel who are responsible for making hiring decisions. Under no circumstances will your data be provided to anyone outside of SONNENTOR nor will it be used for any other purpose.
The data may be used for statistical purposes.
4. Right to access
You can ask to know which data we hold in relation to you, by sending us a request for information. Requests should be sent to our HR department (Thomas.Steinbauer@sonnentor.at).
You may access, modify or delete your electronic data any time, independently.
5. Data storage and erasure
If you are employed by SONNENTOR, your personal data, or part of it, will be stored in your personnel records.
If you have applied for a job but have been unsuccessful, your details will be stored for a further 6 months after completion of the application process, and will then be erased (profile documents or annexes). You will not be informed when your data is deleted.
For internal reporting purposes, the details (profiles) of applicants will be kept until completion of the reporting process, but no later than the end of the following year. You will not be informed when your data is deleted.
If you have submitted an application but we have no suitable vacancies, and if you have given your consent to the processing of your data during the application process, your data will be stored on our system. If, at any time, also during a current application process, you are no longer interested in pursuing the application you can delete your data (profile and application) independently.
