Spelt Porridge Habermus Hildegard organic

A cup of Habermus is cooked in 2-3 cups of water for 5-8 minutes, then simmered briefly. Add grated apple, honey and almonds for the perfect accompaniment. The soul enjoys living in a healthy body!
