Wild Thyme Hildegard organic

Thyme`s “wild” brother. Wild thyme is used in the kitchen just like thyme. The taste is strongly reminiscent of thyme, but slightly milder with notes of pine needle. Wild Thyme goes well with light summer dishes, salads, fish, chicken and potatoes. It should be added at the beginning of the cooking process so that flavours can fully develop. Try it!
