Pepper Pink organic

I am not what you think I am! Pink pepper has nothing to do with pepper in the classical sense. Pink pepper “corns” are the berries of the Schinus shrub, which belongs to the sumac family. The berries taste wonderfully fruity, slightly sweet and have a mild peppery finish. Their flavour is somewhat reminiscent of juniper berries. Pink pepper goes well with mildly spiced dishes such as fish, asparagus and other vegetables and can be used for decoration. And yes, we do love pink!
