Our vegan vegetable soup is now completely sugar-free, and you won’t find any yeast and palm oil in it either. What goodness can you find instead? Lots of vegetables and fine spices like coriander and ginger. Miso and koji provide extra flavour and depth. Mmm…Soup for the soul…
Add 1 heaped teaspoon (6 g) of soup powder to 1/4 l of water, bring to the boil while stirring - done. Can also be used for seasoning.
