Your package is in the best hands! Our colleague Eva and her team look for the products you have ordered in our fragrant herb halls and pack each of them by hand in our shipping boxes - very individually and personally.

On average, ten hard-working colleagues in Sprögnitz make sure that your order arrives well packaged and safely. The signature on the package tells you who put it together for you. That's where the joy grows!

We deliver as environmentally friendly as possible.

Our long-standing shipping partner is Austrian Post. According to its own figures, Austrian Post has the largest fleet of electric vehicles in Austria. This fleet is set to be expanded even further by 2030. Austrian Post’s goal is to make all last-mile deliveries across Austria free of direct CO₂ emissions by that time.

Here at our company, we’re also doing everything we can to keep our environmental footprint as small as possible: We’ve set a goal to be fossil-fuel-emission-free at all our locations by 2030. At the Sprögnitz location alone, we’ve reduced our fossil fuel emissions by 43% since 2020/21 - for example, by generating and directly consuming a good quarter of our electricity needs from our own solar panels.
In addition, your order is packed in sturdy corrugated cardboard boxes that we’ve designed so attractively that you can give them a second life as gift boxes or storage boxes.

Following the principle “As big as necessary, as small as possible,” we select the size of the shipping box to match the volume of your order, so we only transport as much volume as necessary. Fragile products are protected with paper; to create packing material, we shred cardboard that we generate in-house anyway.

On average, you can hold your parcel in your hands 1-6 working days after ordering if it is delivered to Austria or Germany. The quick and reliable delivery of our packages is also reflected in our positive reviews at Trusted Shops.

We deliver worldwide.

We deliver our SONNENTOR products worldwide. Depending on the country of delivery, we do not charge shipping costs for orders above a certain order value (value of goods).
