We take good care of your package.
Your package is in the best hands! Our colleague Eva and her team look for the products you have ordered in our fragrant herb halls and pack each of them by hand in our shipping boxes - very individually and personally.
On average, ten hard-working colleagues in Sprögnitz make sure that your order arrives well packaged and safely. The signature on the package tells you who put it together for you. That's where the joy grows!
We deliver as environmentally friendly as possible.
Our longtime partner for shipping is the Austrian Post. It guarantees that deliveries within Austria are CO2-neutral.
In our house, too, we do everything we can to keep our ecological footprint as small as possible: At SONNENTOR, we operate in a CO2-neutral manner and use recyclable and compostable packaging.
According to the principle "as large as necessary, as small as possible", we match the shipping packages to the products ordered as best as possible - this way we can avoid unnecessary waste and transport volume. We use recycled cardboard as filling material - for this we shred packaging that we accumulate in-house. We also use paper to protect sensitive items such as glass or ceramics.
We will deliver fast.
On average, you can hold your parcel in your hands 1-6 working days after ordering if it is delivered to Austria or Germany. The quick and reliable delivery of our packages is also reflected in our positive reviews at Trusted Shops.

All other countries: The delivery time is dependent on the local postal service (approx. 8-21 business days).

Information on the calculation of the delivery date
In the case of payment in advance, the deadline for delivery begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline.
If the last day of the deadline falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.

We deliver our SONNENTOR products worldwide. Depending on the country of delivery, we do not charge shipping costs for orders above a certain order value (value of goods).
