Payment options in the SONNENTOR online shop

Depending on your country and the value of your shopping cart, following payment methods are available:

Our payment methods in detail:

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard or Maestro.

After you have clicked “Order now with delivery charges” in step 5 (“check your order”), a separate window will open to carry out the payment. If this doesn’t happen, a pop-up blocker in your browser may be preventing this window for entering payment data - please check the settings in your browser.

Enter your name, card number, security code and the expiry date of your credit card. If you click on "Submit payment", you will be asked to enter your Verified by Visa Code or Mastercard Identity Check TAN / PIN (formerly Mastercard Secure Code). (If you have not yet received or set such a code from your credit card company, you must first register with your card-issuing bank.)

When your payment has been successful , you will be redirected to the SONNENTOR "Thank you" order confirmation page. SONNENTOR then receives your order.

A few days after your purchase, you should find a transaction with a reference to SONNENTOR on your credit card statement or in your credit card sales overview (online).

If you cannot successfully complete the payment with your credit card, please contact the bank from which you received your credit card.

Unfortunately, sometimes an error can occur during the payment process. If your order was successfully completed, your payment was successful. You can read here how you can tell that this is the case.

If you have problems during the payment process, you can try to switch to another device or another browser and try it again. If you use WLAN, try to switch to mobile internet.

Sometimes the settings of the devices or the browsers can cause problems in the payment section. We have also experienced problems because of safety settings in WLAN networks or the settings for virus protection on mobile devices.

SEPA direct debit

This is an easy payment method for customers from Germany and Austria:
All you have to do is enter your name (account holder), IBAN and BIC. The amount will then be withdrawn from your account. Please make sure you have sufficient funds in your bank account.

A few days after your purchase you should find a transaction with a reference to SONNENTOR in your bank account.

Immediate transfer (Klarna)

You do not need a separate registration to pay with immediate transfer, you only need your online banking data (bank details, PIN, TAN).

After you have clicked on "Order now with delivery charges" in step 5 of the shopping cart ("Check order"), a separate window will open to carry out the payment. If this doesn’t happen, a pop-up blocker in your browser may be preventing this window for entering payment data - please check the settings in your browser.

You will first be asked to enter your country and bank name, bank code, IBAN or BIC. Next, you will be asked to enter your user number / user. Then you will be asked for your login data. With some banks you will also receive a confirmation PIN sent to your smartphone or in your PIN app to confirm your payment.

When your payment has been successful, you will be redirected to the SONNENTOR "Thank you" order confirmation page. Then SONNENTOR receives yours order.

Within a few days after your purchase you will find an instant transfer transaction with a reference to SONNENTOR in your bank account.

PayPal

A PayPal account is required for payments with PayPal.

After you have clicked on "Order now with delivery charges" in step 5 of the shopping cart (“Check order”), you will be redirected to PayPal. You will be asked to enter your PayPal access data (email address, password) and to confirm the transaction. After successful payment you will be redirected back to SONNENTOR.
When paying by PayPal, fees may apply - SONNENTOR will take care of them, there are no costs for you.

If your payment has been successful, you will be redirected to the SONNENTOR "Thank you" order confirmation page. Then SONNENTOR receives yours order.

Invoice

Please note that invoice payment is not available to all customers. You can find details here: Delivery and Payment.

Alternatively, in these cases there is the option of paying in advance.

The invoice will be sent to you (separately from the order confirmation) by email as soon as we send your package. The invoice is due immediately.

Prepayment

You will receive the order confirmation including our bank details immediately after placing your order by email. Please transfer the amount using the order number listed so that we can clearly assign your payment. As soon as the receipt of payment appears in our account and has been assigned to your order, your order will be processed, and the items will be sent by post.

Please note that prepayment can lead to longer delivery times than other payment methods: The order is processed and sent as soon as the payment has been received in the SONNENTOR bank account. Shipping your order can therefore take between 4 and 15 days. We thank you for your understanding and ask you to transfer the amount quickly so that we can send your package as soon as possible!

If we do not receive payment within 2 months of your order, we will cancel your order.

Attention: For transfers from countries outside the EU, you have to bear any additional costs for the transfer yourself so that we receive the correct amount. Should there nevertheless occur any transfer fees, we will request these later.
