This is how it works
You put your desired products in the shopping cart as normal.
When specifying the delivery address, select the "Click & Collect" tab and state the shop where you will collect your products.
Your purchase will be ready for you as soon as possible.
Payment is made directly in the store, where you can get your 2.5% loyalty discount deducted.
Please contact the respective SONNENTOR shop if collection is not possible at the specified pick-up time.
Questions about Click & Collect
Why can’t I choose Click & Collect?
Click & Collect can only be used by customers in Austria & Germany (you have specified a billing address outside of these 2 countries).
You have added a product to the cart that is not available in the store. For example:
Personalized products, such as the “Try it” tea sample pack
Cups & dishes with the SONNENTOR sun
Products from the Fan Products / Accessories category
You want to pay with an online shop voucher
You want to buy an online shop voucher
If one of the above reasons applies, Click & Collect is not available. In this case, you don’t need to abandon your order, but we can send it to you CO2 neutral.
If I have sent my Click & Collect order, what's next?
After you have sent your order by clicking on the "Paid to Order" button, the following happens:
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by you
Your Click & Collect order will be sent to the selected SONNENTOR shop
The SONNENTOR employees in the selected shop will prepare your order
You can pick up your order at the given time at the selected store. Please check during these exceptional times if the shop you have ordered from is open for collection. You can findcurrent opening hours here.

How long will my order be held for me?
Please collect your order within one week. If you can’t make it to the store on time, please call the selected store. Contact details can be found in the order confirmation. If you can’t contact us to delay your order, we cannot guarantee that we will still have all the products you have ordered as our shop storage space is limited. Thanks for your understanding.
