The available payment methods depend on various criteria (country, shopping cart value):

How long does delivery take? (delivery times)

Delivery times:

Countries with 1-6 business days delivery time:
Austria and Germany

Countries with 2-6 business days delivery time:
EU (see below for exceptions), Switzerland, Liechtenstein, San Marino

Countries with 3-8 business days delivery time:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Portugal, Sweden

Countries with 8-21 business days delivery time:
Cyprus, Iceland, Ireland, Norway, United Kingdom

All other countries: The delivery time is dependent on the local postal service (approx. 8-21 business days).

PLEASE NOTE!
Due to the current situation, delivery times may be longer in some countries (Finland).

 

Information on the calculation of the delivery date
In the case of payment in advance, the deadline for delivery begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline.
If the last day of the deadline falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.

 

 

How much does shipping cost?


We deliver worldwide - in Austria CO2-neutral via our shipping partner, Österreichische Post.

Depending on the country of delivery, we do not charge shipping costs for orders above a certain order value (value of goods).
