Oregano`s little brother. Although the two plants are closely related, they have little in common. The two herbs should never be used together. Marjoram has a menthol fresh fragrance and impresses with its piquant sweetness. It goes well with hearty winter dishes, potato soup and game dishes. It harmonises well with bay leaf and juniper and its aroma unfolds particularly well in salads and fresh cheeses. It is a must-have on the spice rack!
