A SONNENTOR farm in Vienna? Yes, it does exist! It is hard to believe, but located behind the rows of houses at Leopoldauer Place, is the vegetable and herb paradise of the Prohaska family.

If you look at this Viennese neighborhood from above, you discover an unsuspected array of herb and vegetable fields. The Prohaska farm is one of the first organic farms in Vienna and besides their farm shop where they sell their herbs and vegetables, they deliver top quality organic coriander, mustard and fennel to SONNENTOR.  Their coriander has many fans, as it is a versatile herb that gives dishes a distinctive taste - fitting of the motto of our capital: Vienna is different.
