Organic Cress Seed
These Romans are crazy! That may be true in some ways, but we have to give them credit for their excellent taste in food: it was them who brought cress from Persia to Europe. Cress is a versatile little plant that can be used in salads, with mayonnaise and egg dishes or simply in sandwiches. Cress is rich in vitamins, minerals and trace elements and therefore a must-have for every health-conscious gourmet. Cress does not need soaking but it needs 5 -6 days in the seed sieve to germinate.
