Psyllium Seeds (Flea Seeds) whole
Mature psyllium seeds are a good source of fiber. They taste and smell neutral and should soak in liquid for 30 minutes before consumption or be taken with plenty of liquid to make them easier to digest. Soaked, they can be mixed into yoghurt or dry seeds can be sprinkled onto homemade savoury rolls and pastries. Listen to your gut feeling and do something good for your digestion!
