Organic Vanilla ground
Pure sensuality. Vanilla is obtained by fermentation of the fruit capsules of the vanilla orchid. It seduces with a creamy-sweet aroma, which develops into a slightly floral perfume note. In Western countries vanilla is almost exclusively used for sweets dishes. It blends well with rice pudding and co. but be brave: try using it in savoury and spicy dishes with chicken and Mexican beans. Curries and scallops also benefit greatly from its flavour.
