Mustard Seeds organic
Off to India. While yellow mustard seeds were very popular in ancient Greece, the black variety is mainly used in Indian cuisine. This is not surprising as they are much spicier than their yellow siblings. They taste great in fish and vegetable curries and are an important part of curry pastes and other spice blends. It is best to fry them in ghee or oil, to enhance their nutty flavour.
