Organic Psyllium Seed Husks
Small but mighty! Psyllium husks can hold 40 times their weight in water. Soak 1/2 - 2 teaspoons of psyllium husks for about 30 minutes and drink with plenty of liquid. Tip: Mix the husks in muesli, smoothies or yogurt. Important note: start slowly with a high-fibre diet and drink plenty of fluids.
