Juniper Berries organic

In particular Germanic tribes revered the juniper, believing that an animal would have to die on the farm if a branch was cut off from the bush. The dark purple berries can be recognised by their unique, sweetish-woody taste with a touch of spruce needles. The berries harmonise with high-fat meat and game dishes, sauerkraut and red wine marinades, but can also be used in desserts and fruit jellies. Due to their natural fructose discharge, dots may form on the surface.
