Hearty food? Then mugwort is the right choice for you. It is an excellent addition to goose, duck and Sunday roasts where refreshing and peppery spiciness is required. A touch of mint can also be tasted, but it is by no means dominant. Incidentally, mugwort is also a classic of Japanese cuisine, where it forms a high-carat combination with soba noodles.
