Mace organic

Mace is the lacy coating on the nutmeg seed, which originates from Africa and Brazil. It is extracted from the nutmeg and dried in the sun. It is more intense than the nutmeg itself, and its aroma reminds of pepper and cloves. Potato dishes, minced meat, veal and poultry ragout like it very much, but it also goes wonderfully well in cakes, biscuits, compotes and punch. Breathtaking!
